Are you interested in having your daughters and sons learn to lead and participate in services equally? We invite you to enroll your children ages 5 - 12 to attend five Shabbat mornings during which they will practice leading Saturday morning Shabbat services. Girls and boys will learn to lead and participate equally. The last session (7th July) youth will be invited to attend a Bat Mitzvah at which the Bat Mitzvah will lead parts of the service and chant from the Torah. The kids will also have time to discuss, explore, develop relationships and have fun.
We do not require Masorti membership -- in fact many people who attend Masorti services and participate in youth programmes are members of other congregations as well. We do encourage parents to join us for at least one of our services to get a sense of the Masorti approach and if possible to make a donation to support this initiative. We ask that your family commits to attending at least four of the five services so that the children develop their skills and get to know each other. Upcoming dates:

Meet Our New Masorti Youth Leader
A warm welcome to Gabrielle Rosenberg who has been involved with Masorti since she was 13 years old. Gabrielle attended camp every summer. After Israel Tour, she completed the Noam Youth Leadership program and has since been a Madricha within Noam for the past three years. She participated in the Noam Drachim gap year program in Israel last year where she represented Noam and the Masorti movement on a residential Politics and Leadership course. She is now studying Religion, Politics and Sociology at the University of Leeds.
